I read the reviews, half full bottles were from Dec 2020, however, in Jan 2021 a customer reported a full bottle. Then in June 2021 another review was half full. Now I am in July 2021, my bottle was totally sealed and new, BUT HALF FULL!Not returning because the cream is great, really like it.Just be aware customers, this company's quality control seems to purposely keep down their costs and inflate their profits by only giving 50% for full price. At least it appears to me that it was on purpose.I like the product itself, it’s very moisturizing and the fact that it has green tea in it makes it 10x better. However, when I received the product it looked as if someone stuck their hand in it. It was maybe half full at best but not 12oz by any means. If it weren’t for that I’d give it 5 stars but I’m disappointed at the price and the amount of product I received. I probably won’t be purchasing again due to that reason aloneI love that these are soaked with moisturizer, and that they smell really good. I placed them near my mouth as well, like what the description shows, and this placement worked pretty well too. I felt more hydrated after using these, but they did have a tendency to slip around, so these would be best used lying down.Haven't had it for long, but liking it very much. The creamy texture is perfect. I prefer creams over gel for the eyes. It goes on smooth and a light feeling of cooling and the smell is good, not too strong. Thinking of putting it in the fridge for eye bags, or swelling. Love the fact that it doesn't flake. Ful jar! Great product.Product old and seems to have dried up a bit. Jar only 1/4 full and product very thick for eyes. I am returning for a refund. I am disappointed, trying to find a replacement for SpaLife hydra eye gel with green tea but it’s no longer made.Great masks for the money. I have terrible allergies, as well as work nights, so I pretty much always have puffy eyes. They work as good, if not better, than big names brands that cost 2-3 x as much. Very hydrating, smell great. My only negative comment would be they have so much product in the jar, they are hard to keep in place at first unless lying down. Will definitely buy again though!As some other reviewers said, they do take a while to stay in place. I like the smell of these patches and I am happy with them, even after a few uses.Fairly used to gimicky products and trends, I honestly wasn't expecting much. What a pleasant surprise! Everything from the thoughtful packaging, smell, and results were amazing! I couldn't be happier. The price is great, the product is even greater. My eyes look refreshed and the dark circles are greatly diminished. I pop these on while netflixing at night and the difference is obvious even the next morning! Recommend!
