My wife and I both suffer with arthritis and subsequent joint, back and knee pain. I have constant lower backache (facet joint compression) which often flares up into acute pain and stiffness and has be so bad recently that I have been almost paralysed and unable to sit, bend or twist. It is most debilitating and prevents me from being able to carry out the simplest, basic activities. I also suffer with knee pain, hip joint pain and stiff neck.
