The product itself "seems" ok. The ingredient list is decent, although zinc sulfate is not proven to be safe or effective. There is a retinoid listed in the ingredient list (Granactive Retionoid) that wasn't mentioned in the listing, so if you're trying to avoid mixing vitamin C w/ retinoids (or avoiding retinoids altogether), proceed with caution. I personally already use a retinol & didn't want to add an additional one via this serum, so would not have ordered had that been made more clear in the product description. The clear, watery serum has no smell & goes on smoothly with no sticky feel once dried and it didn't cause any immediate negative skin reactions.However, a concern with this item is the trustworthiness. I'm fairly paranoid about items that are designed to be applied to the skin or consumed. It has no labels indicated that it's been 3rd party tested in any way & upon looking up the address printed on the bottle, it looks like that may not be the right address (per their Florida business registration, which lists a street number of 1317, not 317). These inconsistencies and inability to find any meaningful information about the manufacturer or distributor makes me uncomfortable and I'm not likely to continue using this.
